We do not accept third party credit card. All rooms are non-smoking rooms. The hotel provides outdoor smoking designated areas for guests who wish to smoke. Smoking in hotel’s building is strictly prohibited, any room found to have been smoked in is subject to a cleaning fees of no less than THB 5,000. Smoking cannabis is strictly prohibited anywhere within the hotel premises. Please note that Carlton Club Lounge benefits include a complimentary daily buffet breakfast at Plate Restaurant from 6:00 am to 10:30 am, complimentary non-alcoholic beverages throughout the day, and pre-dinner beverages with canapés from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm (last order 7:45 pm). Alcohol is not served to guests under 20 years of age or to intoxicated guests. Please note that a complimentary meeting room is available for 2 hours per stay, subject to availability. Non-Club guests will be charged THB 1,000++ per person per day (plus 10% service charge and 7% government tax). Please note that in-room benefits include two complimentary laundry items per day (excluding dry cleaning and express service), late check-out until 3:00 pm (subject to availability), complimentary local calls within Bangkok, and high-speed internet access. Please note that the Carlton Club Lounge dress code is business/smart casual, and children under 15 years must be accompanied by an adult. Food and beverages must be consumed only within the lounge.
